Secure call centre solution-as-a-service
Paycorp has designed a solution for merchants that takes away the need for their customer to verbally supply card information (Card Number - PAN & Security Code-CVV2) during any payment related call.
The Paycorp solution monitors the caller’s line, and when the agent asks the customer to enter their card details using their telephone keypad, it intercepts the DTMF tones that the customer enters (DTMF are the tones heard when pressing the keys on the keypad).
The DTMF tones that are received are then masked (all sounding the same) to the agent, thus ensuring that neither the agent, their desktop application or any call recording systems are able to capture and record the card number and security code.
